Account Executive, Enterprise, Payroll Sales

📋 Description

• Own and drive net-new payroll sales into strategic restaurant accounts
• Prospect and develop pipeline through outbound, inbound, and cross-sell
• Lead discovery with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations leaders
• Execute consultative sales process from first contact through close
• Partner with Sales Engineers for compelling platform demos
• Maintain pipeline data and forecasts in Salesforce and Gong

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle B2B sales with quota attainment
• Experience selling payroll, HCM, or workforce management solutions
• Knowledge of payroll fundamentals and multi-state compliance
• Restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce and forecasting accuracy
• Strong discovery and communication skills
