  • Actively prospect new business via phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual and onsite meetings.
  • Identify decision makers and relentlessly present Loadsmart pitch.
  • Drive complex sales cycles from contact to onboarding.
  • Guide customers through integrations, contracts, and onboarding.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of Enterprise/Mid-Market customers and forecast.
  • Partner with Account Management to ensure long-term retention.

🎯 Requirements

  • Direct sales experience in Supply Chain SaaS.
  • Able to work autonomously.
  • 3+ years in Enterprise or Mid-Market B2B sales with quota.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and PM skills.
  • High energy and enthusiasm.
  • Experience in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
