📋 Description

  • Expand outreach to existing rolodex and new opportunities with BDRs
  • Manage customer follow-up and your pipeline against quotas
  • Work with Growth team to increase product awareness
  • Nurture customers to share use cases, identify decision makers, gather requirements
  • Guide customers through implementation to drive adoption and paid conversion

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent education/experience
  • Ability to connect with people deeply
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and follow-up skills
  • Named account or account management experience
  • Understanding of customer journeys and feedback loops
  • Some technical knowledge in cloud-based SaaS implementations
