Manage delivery of client projects; develop timelines and milestones with PM team.
Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory review for promotional items; ensure compliance.
Take notes during client interactions and provide status reports and next steps.
Support content planning and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related subject
At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Travel flexibility up to 5%
Healthcare industry experience a plus; ability to contribute to strategic documents
