  • Deep understanding of global trade and supply chain ops across ocean, air, trucking, customs.
  • Ability to operate without a playbook in ambiguity; write playbooks for others after solving.
  • Strong commercial instincts; spot growth opportunities and close them.
  • Natural tendency to develop others; mentor peers and junior teammates.
