Sell a full menu of ticket products, including season, group, and hospitality packages.
Make cold calls from lists of area companies to sell tickets.
Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and drive repeat business.
Contact past customers to generate new sales and upsell opportunities.
Conduct in-arena appointments and tours to help close new business.
Meet or exceed sales goals and support events and promotions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Highly motivated to build a career in ticket sales.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills with clients at all levels.
Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
Experience with Archtics and Microsoft Office; contact management systems.
Prior sales experience is a plus.
