📋 Description

• Sell a full menu of ticket products for MSE properties, including full and partial season ticket
• Make cold calls from lists of area companies to sell season ticket packages and group tickets.
• Effectively follow up with clients and prospective clients to establish relationships to help
• Contact past customers to generate new sales and build opportunities for new business through
• Cordially handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales products.
• Conduct in-arena appointments and tours of Capital One Arena to close new business and develop

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Highly motivated individual with a desire to build a career in ticket sales.
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills.
• Results-oriented and competitive approach to selling.
• Experience with Archtics, Microsoft Office, and contact management systems.
