Account Executive Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and inspire 8-10 Account Executives to exceed goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set performance standards
• Hands-on coach; conduct 1-on-1s and skill development
• Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and training sessions
• Manage escalations and participate in all sales cycle aspects
• Be product and process expert to unblock the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of quota carrying experience
• 3+ years of sales management experience, managing at least 5 reps
• Proven record of success in high velocity/high volume sales
• Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment with low ego and change
• Experience motivating a team to fill their calendar with outbound prospecting
• Intellectually curious about dentistry industry
