Account Executive / Marketing Manager, Home Health Care

📋 Description

• Generate referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long term care
• Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
• Conduct sales calls; evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity.
• Support business development and establish relationships with referral sources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).
• At least two years of recent health care sales experience, preferably in home health.
• Formal sales training.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales/marketing plan.
• Track record of meeting referral goals; strong planning, organization & presentation skills.
• Established healthcare contacts and community networking ability.
