Account Executive, Mid-Market

📋 Description

• Own a targeted book of UKI mid-market prospects and run outbound sales activity to identify
• Run a full sales cycle from first outreach to close, using the SPICED methodology to qualify
• Build account plans that are grounded in a data-driven read of the market, translating those plans
• Work closely with manager and senior Account Executives to sharpen discovery, pitch, and
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales & Success, Marketing, and Product to keep the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in outbound sales, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment, and hungry to build a
• Confident, clear communicator, comfortable presenting to multiple stakeholders.
• Organised and self-motivated, with the discipline to manage a full pipeline and hit consistent
• Coachable, takes feedback well and looking for a team that will invest in developing sales craft.
