📋 Description

  • Develop, manage, and close a pipeline of qualified leads to meet quota.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from outreach to close—and drive ARR.
  • Build account insights to identify pain points and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with CS, Services, SEs, and AD teams to realize value and revenue.
  • Meet regularly with customers and prospects, delivering value at every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and forecasting tools.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of software sales with value-based selling of CRM, Sales Enablement, or marketing automation.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline omni-channel and exceed targets.
  • Experience driving expansion conversations and growing underutilized customers.
  • Strong customer-facing presence; able to negotiate across Mid Market and Enterprise.
  • Skilled at mapping complex requirements to product use cases and articulating value.
  • Proficient with MEDDPICC framework as a sales qualification tool.
