  • Sell programmable voice, messaging, Voice AI, wireless, and networking products to technical and business audiences.
  • Own full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close.
  • Articulate Telnyx's value (private network, carrier-grade reliability, AI-native capabilities) and navigate competitors.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering to design custom communications and AI solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting โ€” no surprises.
  • Be a trusted advisor and execute on quick-win and complex enterprise deals.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years direct experience in CPaaS, Voice AI, IoT, or similarly technical infrastructure sales.
  • Proven success selling CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecom, or AI/ML platforms; track record closing Enterprise and SMB deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong consultative selling; hunter mentality; build ROI stories.
  • Familiarity with SPIN, GAP, Challenger, and MEDDPICC; comfortable with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong etc.
  • BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Reputation as a trusted partner and top performer; ability to build your own pipeline.
