Account Executive - SaaS

📋 Description

• Own defined territory and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Grow existing accounts via upsell, cross-sell, renewals
• Build exec relationships across Ops, Manufacturing, Eng, Quality, IT, and Supply Chain
• Conduct consultative discovery to uncover operational challenges
• Present ROI-focused business cases and outcomes
• Collaborate with Sales Eng, CS, Marketing, and Product
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data
• Develop territory/account plans to drive ARR growth
• Represent Minitab at meetings, events, webinars, and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales
• Proven track record hitting quota
• Experience with $25K+ ACV opportunities
• Strong prospecting, discovery, qualification, negotiation
• Experience selling subscription-based software and recurring revenue
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills
• Travel 20–35%
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience considered
