Account Executive, SME & Growth

📋 Description

• Own the full engagement cycle for startup accounts in Israel, from first conversation to getting
• Run a go-to-market strategy for the segment: identify where growth is, analyse the competitive
• Develop relationships across the venture ecosystem — VC firms, accelerators, angel networks, and
• Lead consultative, technical conversations with founders, C-level executives, product managers, and
• Feed the market back into the business: bring founder insight to our product and GTM teams and
• Represent Airwallex credibly in the Israeli startup ecosystem, including events, founder dinners

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working within or closely alongside startups, venture capital
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive rapid adoption in new or existing
• A strong technical sales background, with the ability to articulate complex financial and
• Experience navigating long, consultative sales cycles alongside C-level executives, product
• Deep knowledge of vertical SaaS go-to-market strategies: how software platforms scale, acquire
• A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of spotting new opportunities, testing
