📋 Description

• Build pipeline: ~50% outbound (cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events), ~50% inbound
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations with firm owners and partners to understand their
• Demonstrate Pennylane in daily firm operations through value-focused demos rather than feature lists
• Manage multi-stage deals with multiple decision-makers until signature, including objection
• Hand over won firms to Customer Success team, build promoter firms for referrals, and maintain
• Own revenue from tax firms in region, measured by new firm wins and active mandates

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in consultative B2B sales of complex solutions (multi-stage deals
• Comfortable with in-person client meetings, firm visits, and industry events in the region
• Plus: knowledge of tax firm market or accounting/fintech ecosystem (e-invoicing, GoBD) or curiosity
• Entrepreneurial mindset, drive to build a new market, and ownership of numbers, CRM, and process
• Active listening, humility, and ability to build trust with traditionally operating firms, on equal
• Native-level German; good English for collaboration with Paris; must live in Munich or surrounding
