Mainly responsible for Account Management (AM) Group KPI in revenue & maintain relationships
Working closely and coordinating with internal stakeholders in handling service failure, billing
Roll out periodic surveys on existing corporate customer cohorts from time to time to identify
Collaborate with the marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns and oversee the overall
Others: Ad-hoc tasks/works assigned by Line Manager.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;
Min 2 years solid experience in working experience in sales, account management, & customer
Good sense with product flow & merchant solutions; high skill in campaign management;
Able to work independently and work under pressure;
Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English;
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
