📋 Description

• Leading the team responsible for retention, renewals and expansion of Halter's existing revenue in
• Making sure farmers are extracting full value from Halter to achieve their goals, and understand
• Leading customer engagement and building valued relationships with farmers, their teams, families
• Leading, managing and supporting your field-based Account Managers, driving high performance across
• Adapting and leading Halter's training processes so your team is continuously developing, in line
• Fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing, achievement and collaboration across the sales

🎯 Requirements

• A track record in people leadership, or you're an excellent individual contributor who is ready and
• Someone who wants a people leadership role for the right reasons - genuinely motivated by
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust with farmers and understand
• A coaching mindset - you get energy from helping others improve and grow.
• Comfortable operating in the field and building out a team across a region as it scales.
• Experience in agriculture, farming, or rural New Zealand is a strong plus.
