Account Manager

📋 Description

• Onboard new clients through platform setup, dashboards, and alerts.
• Help clients interpret narrative and social listening data for strategy.
• Build and deliver client-facing reports summarizing insights and trends.
• Serve as primary contact for client questions, training, and support.
• Manage renewals and identify opportunities to expand engagement.
• Relay client feedback to support product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in PR, communications, media relations, or related agency work.
• Experience producing or presenting client-facing reports or insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client-facing style.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Exposure to social listening or reporting tools (Meltwater, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Cision, Talkwalker).
• Experience with corporate or enterprise-level clients.
