📋 Description

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective customers.
• Contact leads via phone, email, and other channels.
• Gather relevant customer information and route inquiries appropriately.
• Ensure prospects receive timely and professional follow-up.
• Coordinate information needed to move opportunities through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and enable pipeline visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales development, customer support, or similar.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Experience handling inquiries by phone and email.
• Experience supporting inbound sales or customer service processes.
• Ability to maintain CRM records and manage interactions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
