Account Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, updates, expectations
• Own the full client relationship lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing account
• Proactively communicating with clients to maintain alignment on goals, timelines, deliverables, and
• Partner with recruiting, operations, and talent teams to ensure smooth execution and successful
• Monitoring account progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to maintain high service
• Maintaining accurate documentation, client records, project updates, and operational information

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, client operations, or similar roles.
• Experience working in professional services, staffing, talent solutions, or fast-paced
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining structured communication and strong
• Strong operational capabilities, including process management, task tracking, reporting, and
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and resolve client
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, ambiguity, and evolving client needs in a remote-first
