📋 Description

  • Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, aligning with AHEAD teams.
  • Build strong customer alliances with decision makers.
  • Communicate client goals to AHEAD departments and teams.
  • Manage day-to-day account operations: account management, orders, relationships.
  • Present to small audiences including engineers, managers, directors, and C-level.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, escalate issues, and meet timelines.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years sales experience.
  • 3+ years customer service experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present to small groups (engineers, managers, directors, C-level).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
