🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in account management, TAM, or customer success in SaaS.
• Proven experience with renewals/expansion across multiple accounts.
• AI-first mindset; comfortable with Claude/Gemini and related tools.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to translate data into strategy.
• Experience with PMS/OTAs or hospitality tech is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
