📋 Description

• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact, building deep, trusted relationships with key

• Drive account health and customer satisfaction, using data to identify potential risks and deploy

• Advocate for the customer internally, partnering with Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• A background in enterprise account management or strategic sales, with a history of meeting or
• Experience managing the post-sale commercial lifecycle, including contract renewals, pricing
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to command C-suite
• A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to navigate data and people
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to establish trust, manage conflict, and
