Account Manager

📋 Description

• Relationship Management: Build and sustain relationships with physicians and executives.
• Performance Management: Own account relationships across financial, quality, clinical, and ops metrics.
• Data analytics: Use analytics tools to monitor practice performance.
• Project planning: Develop plans to achieve organizational objectives.
• Workflow and staff coaching: Train staff and providers; assess training needs.
• ACO Operations: Prepare executive-facing presentations and memos.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of executive-level communication experience.
• Knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
• 6-8 years in practice management, project/ account mgmt, analytics.
• Onsite in Shreveport 3-4 days/week.
• Graduate of accredited college/university in nursing, social work, health tech or IT.
• 8 years of significant experience in medical practice mgmt may be accepted in lieu.
