📋 Description

• Lead renewal, upsell, and other partner communications while keeping nonprofit goals and priorities
• Build strong relationships with internal Partner Success Strategists to understand the complete

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience within a SaaS customer success environment, managing clients and handling
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work accurately and consistently within CRM and
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn, take on projects beyond your core expertise, and
• Strong decision-making skills and a collaborative approach, balancing independent action with

🎁 Benefits

• OTE compensation of CAD$115,000–$128,000, including a base salary of CAD$86,000–$96,000 and equity.
