Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across various industries to identify job
Conduct business development meetings, cold calling, and outreach activities, including attending
Meet and exceed performance goals related to employer engagement, job placements, and client
Track account activity, job leads, and placement outcomes using Salesforce and Excel.
Prepare reports and updates for leadership on account performance and client progress.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience conducting job development and placement activities
2-3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, job development or account management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven business environment
Strong presentation skills
