📋 Description

• Business Development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across various industries to identify job
• Conduct business development meetings, cold calling, and outreach activities, including attending
• Meet and exceed performance goals related to employer engagement, job placements, and client
• Track account activity, job leads, and placement outcomes using Salesforce and Excel.
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership on account performance and client progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or a minimum of five (3) years of
• 2-3 years experience in recruiting, sales, job development or account management a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven business environment
• Must have a positive outlook and get along well with others
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to motivate people
