• Support interview coordination and employer recruitment initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of job development/placement experience
• 2-3 years in recruiting, sales, job development or account management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to motivate people
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Presentation Software, and CRM software
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
