  • 4+ years in account management, customer success, or enterprise roles.
  • Strong P&L and unit economics knowledge; lead high-stakes negotiations.
  • Data-driven with the ability to translate insights for senior stakeholders.
  • AI experience; able to incorporate AI tools into day-to-day work.
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills; build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Languages: Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
