Account Manager

📋 Description

• Lead client relationships and act as the primary day-to-day contact
• Manage multiple medical affairs and publications projects from briefing through delivery including
• Collaborate with Scientific, Editorial, and Creative teams
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance across accounts
• Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed scope
• Identify opportunities for organic account growth and support new business efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of medical communications agency experience
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and publications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Confident managing budgets and project finances
• Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive with strong communication skills
• Strategic thinker with energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
