Account Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the commercial campaigns of a portfolio of 10+ medium-sized accounts, including Online
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships, including regular in-person visits.
• Communicate with advertisers and internal stakeholders on all areas of account management, from
• Monitor, analyze, and advise on KPIs, and hold quarterly business reviews that drive advertiser
• Monitor the API performance of your accounts and troubleshoot issues upon advertiser request.
• Handle daily import management (inventory and bids), contract processing, and invoicing tickets

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or
• An analytical mindset to turn large data sets into clear recommendations for partners, ideally with
• Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese (German is a plus), strong communication skills
• A genuine learning mindset: you approach new challenges with curiosity, seek out feedback, and
• A performance mindset: you set ambitious goals for yourself and bring the determination and
• An open and curious mindset toward AI tools and automation: you actively explore how AI can sharpen
