Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day relationship on client accounts as primary point of contact
• Take clean handoff from Sales, run internal kickoff and lead client kickoff
• Hold regular client calls to stay on top of client and project health
• Track progress, budgets and timelines alongside the Project Manager
• Coordinate Influencer, UGC, Creative and Paid Media specialists for joined-up client experience
• Spot risks and delivery issues early and flag them through escalation process

🎯 Requirements

• Perfect written and spoken English
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client services or client success, ideally in an
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and stakeholders concurrently
• Working knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC or paid social, with curiosity to learn across
• Confident communicator who can handle tricky client conversations and knows when to escalate
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, keeping budgets, timelines and deliverables in check
