• Build and identify a high-performing broker portfolio by executing targeted outreach via cold
• Own the day-to-day management of your broker accounts, ensuring all tasks required to support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner brokers, providing proactive support, guidance
• Support the pricing and contracting process, helping brokers structure competitive deals, gather
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating with clarity
• Develop a strong understanding of suppliers, products, pricing structures, and broker operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in Sales Support, Account Management Support, Business Administration, or a
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong administrative and
