Account Manager (Brand Partnerships)

📋 Description

• Coordinate client communications, page updates, campaign delivery and reporting for automotive
• Use account management skills, digital expertise and knowledge of Autotrader products and the
• Work with teams across the business to improve delivery and support long-term growth
• Attend kick-off calls and advise on best practices and brand store functionality
• Lead communications on processes, timelines and creative updates
• Maintain the delivery tracker, balancing service-level agreements (SLAs) with team workloads

🎯 Requirements

• Great stakeholder management skills and the ability to build great working relationships
• Account management experience in a customer-focused role
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms or the creating of landing pages, webpages etc
• Experience in using relevant data analytics tools such as Looker, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to translate stakeholder needs into practical actions
• Clear communication style

🎁 Benefits

• Salary of £32,000 – £45,000
