Account Manager - Broker

📋 Description

• Work cross functionally with a dedicated Account Management team, including, underwriting, Sales
• Be well versed in client data and prepared to partner with clients on strategic recommendations to
• Use data to develop strategic account plans for clients to evaluate business needs and, as needed
• Facilitate kick-off meetings with employers's populations, meet with clients regularly, and ensure
• Conduct monthly reviews of each client's claims experience, providing updates and recommendations
• Plan for and present quarterly progress reports on goals to the client and broker

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relationship or account management field
• Must be licensed in health insurance in your home state
• 3+ years of account management experience in the health insurance industry
• 2+ years experience using data to gain insights and make strategic recommendations
• Experience working in a dynamic environment and comfort researching and solving problems with
• 3+ years of experience working collaboratively across several teams and functions
