Account Manager - Broker

📋 Description

• Work cross-functionally with the Account Management team to own clients
• Use data to inform renewals and growth opportunities
• Develop strategic account plans based on client data
• Lead kickoff meetings and provide timely client responses
• Conduct monthly reviews of claims with cost-saving recommendations
• Present quarterly progress reports to clients and brokers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relationship/account management
• Must be licensed in health insurance in your home state
• 3+ years of account management in health insurance
• 2+ years using data to gain insights and make strategic recommendations
• Experience in dynamic environments with minimal guidance
• 3+ years collaborating across multiple teams and functions
