Account Manager, Business Information

📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with clients and intermediaries
• Main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Respond quickly and professionally to client questions and concerns
• Understand client needs and recommend Coface solutions
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients
• Develop and execute account plans to retain and grow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Credit Insurance, Risk Management, Financial Services, SaaS, FinTech, or Trade Finance is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Microsoft Office proficiency; CRM experience preferred
