Account Manager - Client Services

📋 Description

• Respond to client requests; assess scope; collaborate with production and sales to estimate costs.
• Grow existing client relationships via service and technology lead development.
• Win new clients by attending meetings, calls and preparing RFP responses and estimates.
• Learn client industries and needs; educate team; identify opportunities; provide high-level service.
• Design workflows and onboarding for localization services and tech implementations.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college.
• 0-2 years in client-facing account mgmt; experience in eLearning or localization; ERP (SAP/Oracle) preferred.
• Experience in budget management.
• Develop business processes, detailed project plans, and status reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
• Multitask in fast-paced settings; work with diverse teams; build client relationships; problem-solving.
