• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building relationships and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in benefits consulting, healthcare, or related client-facing field.
• Strong background in account management or client success with retention/growth results.
• Excellent project management and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving with a proactive mindset.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication for presenting insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word).
