Account Manager, Coface Global Solutions (CGS)

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries through
• Serve as a trusted partner by responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries, concerns
• Identify and promote relevant Coface solutions, products, and services through ongoing client
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and organic growth within the assigned portfolio.
• Partner with clients to understand evolving business objectives and deliver value-added solutions.
• Act as the primary relationship owner and central point of contact for clients and intermediaries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field preferred.
• MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of account management, client relationship management, or commercial insurance
• Experience supporting multinational or global client accounts is highly desirable.
• Understanding of credit risk management principles and commercial contract structures.
