Account Manager-Customer Success

📋 Description

• Be the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight, while also
• Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and stay on top of actions items for key accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure you’re up to speed on the latest business
• Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for key accounts
• Analyze account performance and create presentations to deliver performance updates and
• Work with product and engineering on client feedback loop, bug identification and resolutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management
• Bachelor's Degree
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable in front of Senior leadership
• Excellent time and process management skills
• Experience in developing client facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Experience in developing and presenting data analyses and partner business reviews
