Account Manager / Customer Success Manager (Jewelry Industry)

📋 Description

• Manage assigned accounts as primary contact through jewelry design and manufacturing.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and messaging with a high-touch experience.
• Gather and clarify requirements, translating design requests into specs.
• Advise on design options, materials, pricing, and trade-offs to support decisions.
• Coordinate with CAD, production, and operations for accurate orders and timely delivery.
• Monitor order progress from design approval to shipment and follow up.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate with US-based customers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and managing multiple projects.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate needs into actionable instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset balancing expectations with realities.
• Comfortable with digital tools and learning new systems quickly.
