Account Manager - DACH

📋 Description

• Meet and exceed sales quota; manage full sales cycle for a book of business
• Identify expansion, upsell and cross-sell opportunities and push cycle
• Present Remote's services to existing customers to upsell solutions
• Own the customer relationship and complete the cycle from sale to business completion
• Remain in frequent contact with customers and build strategic, partnership-based relationships
• Work with other cross-functional teams to ensure customer success

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of Account Management experience or related SaaS sales
• Ability to build relationships with key decision makers including C-level
• Proactive communication to understand needs and build strategic roadmaps
• Create and execute sales motions to grow revenue per account
• Forecasting, pipeline development and accurate reporting
• English fluency essential
