📋 Description

• Meet/exceed sales quota; manage full sales cycle.
• Identify expansion/upsell/cross-sell opportunities; push through.
• Present Remote's services to existing customers and upsell.
• Own the customer relationship; close deals through completion.
• Stay in frequent contact; build strategic, partnership-based relations.
• Understand SMB needs and design tailored solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Retain/grow existing accounts; drive expansion, upsell and cross-sell.
• Build relationships across levels, including C‑level, to drive outcomes.
• Proactive communication to understand needs; gather product feedback.
• Create/execute sales motions to grow revenue per account.
• Develop pipeline, forecast outcomes and provide reporting data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
