📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear, proactive

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working at an agency, ideally in an account management, client
• Strong experience communicating directly with clients, with excellent written communication skills
• Solid understanding of the e-commerce lifecycle journey and how email and SMS channels work
• Practical knowledge of email marketing activities including flows, campaigns, pop-ups, and
• Familiarity with Klaviyo and Omnisend, as well as collaboration and project-management tools such
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve productivity and support
