Account Manager, Embedded Security & Intelligence Programs

📋 Description

• Partner with recruiting teams to identify, screen, and place high-quality embedded security and
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, including timecards
• Conduct regular check-ins with embedded employees to monitor performance, job satisfaction
• Provide mentorship and guidance to security and intelligence professionals, helping them address
• Advocate for employee needs and escalate sensitive matters to HR or management when appropriate.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager between the organization and client managers overseeing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, physical security, or a closely related
• At least 5 years of supervisory or people-management experience.
• Professional experience within the security industry and practical experience with intelligence
• Strong understanding of physical security frameworks, organizational structures, and operational
• Demonstrated ability to manage employees working within client organizations, with embedded
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with
