📋 Description

  • Develop understanding of our cloud platform and client needs.
  • Own customer context and liaise with vendors for growth.
  • Manage customer escalations to resolution and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close long-term commitments with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management for the EMEA market.
  • 2+ years in a tech company (SaaS/SI/Cloud).
  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or other cloud.
  • English and Dutch strong communication; other languages a plus.
  • Strong technical skills to engage with engineering teams.
  • Operational/administrative, analytical, detail-oriented.
