  • Nurture relationships with existing customers across EMEA and identify growth opportunities.
  • Liaise with cloud vendor teams to deliver value and growth opportunities.
  • Manage customer support escalations to resolution and high satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders.
  • Identify new workloads within customers' cloud environments and SaaS.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience in the EMEA market.
  • 2+ years at a technology company (SaaS, SI, cloud vendor).
  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or another cloud vendor.
  • Strong English and Dutch communication; additional languages a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude to engage with engineering teams and build relationships.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and able to balance big picture with minutiae.
