Develop understanding of our cloud management platform and client needs.
Own customer communications with vendor teams to show value.
Manage support escalations to resolution and satisfaction.
Negotiate and close long-term commitments with stakeholders.
Identify new workload opportunities within the customer's Cloud Environment / SaaS solutions.
Establish cadence with customers across portfolios.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of Account Management experience in the EMEA market.
2+ years at a technology company (SaaS, SI, Cloud vendor).
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure or other cloud vendors.
Strong English and Dutch communication; additional languages a plus.
Strong technical skills to engage with technical teams and build relationships.
Operational/administration skills, detail-oriented, able to focus on big picture.
