  • Develop understanding of our cloud management platform, services, and client needs.
  • Maintain knowledge and ownership of assigned customers; coordinate with vendor teams.
  • Manage support escalations to resolution; ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close long-term commitments with stakeholders.
  • Identify new workload opportunities in customers' cloud/SaaS.
  • Establish regular cadence with customers; balance strategic and emerging clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management experience in the EMEA market.
  • 2+ years at a technology company (SaaS, SI, Cloud Vendor…).
  • Experience supporting customers in AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Strong English and Dutch communication skills; additional languages helpful.
